For larger panels, we recommend 10–20 minute sessions per treatment area. Stand about 20–35 cm away for deeper tissue support or 40–60 cm away for surface treatments like facial skin.
Treat up to 2–3 areas per day, ensuring the skin is directly exposed to the light for best results.
Most users see the best improvements with 3–5 sessions per week. If you're new to red light therapy, start with shorter sessions at a greater distance, then gradually increase time and proximity.
If you’re using Near-Infrared (NIR) light on areas prone to hyperpigmentation, we recommend using red light only.
